Standard Range Envelope bag houses are a down draft reverse pulse system with air entering at high level and passing downwards through the filters. Filters are of the envelope type and are situated in a cage to withstand collapsing of the filters. Pulse valves are situated at low level with pulse pipes passing through the clean air plenum. Hoppers are of the square-to-round type so that no corners exist. This helps in the prevention of arching of the collected dust. Systems can be batched in modular form for any volume.
STANDARD RANGE ENVELOPE SYSTEMS
Standard Envelope Filter Unit
Standard Range UltraPulse systems are used for heavy industrial applications, usually preceeded by primary cyclone filters. The tubular bags are vertically hung from a top mounted plenum with air entering at low level, moving with ultra low updraft velocities into the bag plenum. Full electronic pulsing is built into the systems. Standard Range UltraPulse systems can be built in as Cell units so that at any time, bags can be taken offline during the normal collection period, for downtime pulsing or bag changing. This allows the system to operate continuously, in between maintenance cycles. Systems from 1cu.M/sec. to 150cu.M/sec. are available within the range.
