Mini Shot Blast System
C-Series stand alone booth specific design for large components
C-Series Bag Cyclonic Bag House Systems. These units built as UltraPulse Tubular Filter systems, Envelope Systems or FilterCell Cartridge Systems connect to a purpose made duct manifold situated inside the booths for ultimate collection of shot dust. (See separate brochure.) Can be used in conjunction with A&AT hot retrieval systems. C-Series can also be used with down drift shot blast booths.
Shot Retrievals systems can be fitted to any of the C series Range equipment. Dust and Shot is vacuumed manually from the floor of the booth after shot blasting. The Retrieval system operates on a dedicated High Pressure Blower situated after a unique Cyclone separator so that only unbroken shot is returned to the shot pot for re use with dust being separated and sent directly to the C Series with all collected dust. The system can be fitted with change over valves for use with multiple shot pots.
G Type Light Duty Systems. Similar in design and use to the Heavy duty G type, the units use pleated panel filters and are connected directly to the shot blast booth. Manual pulsing is available for cleaning of filters between routine maintenance. Used for small batching shot blasting with light dust loads.
Mini Booth Shot unit. Built on the same design as the G type, the units are connected directly to Mini Shot Booths for small shot blast applications.
A&AT manufacture a wide range of Shot Blast Dust Control Systems for every size and type of booth. From Standard Bag House dust collection in our C series range, UltraPulse or top of the range Tubular Bag Collection, Envelope Filtration and FilterCell Modular Cartridge Filters, to the Direct Filtration G Type Direct Dust Control for ultra high volumes using Cartridge or Panel Filtration. Shot Retrieval systems work in tandem with all C Series systems.
G Type Direct High Volume Systems. This Design allows for direct Extract on Cross Draft from within the booth. Because of the design of the units, Ultra High Volumes are achieved using specially designed Axial Flow Fans which use far less power than Centrifugal Fans. The systems incorporate automatic Pulse Down of the Cartridge Filters as well as easy access to filters for regular maintenance and change over. Dust is collected in trays at ground level outside the booths.
