Multi cyclone systems are ideal for the encapsulation of dust particulate from hot, wet applications where bag house filtration, or scrubber filtration is not possible. The series of small ball cyclones (150 mm) are situated within the system so that air enters each cyclone in parallel, with each cyclone operating as an independent separator.

Efficiencies of up to 90% x 25 microns can be achieved on certain applications. Multi cyclones are usually used under negative pressure with the fan protected downstream of the cyclone. Specific sizes made to suit the application with any number of cyclones available in parallel. Bottom discharge via a drum kit, rotary seal or double flap valve.
