Ideal for removing atmospheric dust in hard to reach places, the micro cyclone systems uses cyclone technology for the removal of larger particulate in dusty areas. Cyclones are batched in 100 cyclones per plenum, the cyclones using side draft entry rather than spinner entry for greater efficiency. The clean air outlet of the micro cyclone plenum is attached to a suction duct that induces the draft through the system. Pressure drop is normally around 1,000 pascals at NTP. The units can be fabricated of standard carbon steel, stainless steels, or thermoplastic materials.
