LiquiCell is an in-line horizontal scrubbing system giving efficiensies well within statutory requirements. Liquicell systems scrub the dusty gasses through induction technology, then re-scrub the gasses with axial impaction scrubbing, then re-scrub the gasses a third time through centrifugal impaction before stripping the dust laden liquor from the dust free gasses that flow to atmosphere. All this in less than 1/8 of a second from dirty gas entry to clean air exhaust.
Liquicell systems can be used in many cases to replace existing bag houses where temperature, humidity, or oily air is a problem. Liquicell handles all these requirements doing away with the need for bag replacement, pulse valve maintenance, compressed air, or all the other problems related to standard bag dust control, and have been proven to be more efficient than standard bag houses.
