The K-Series is an ideal combination of the JetPak dust scrubber and WetPak packed tower scrubber. Built into a single unit, the K-Series is capable of primarily scrubbing dust from the airline, so that the fume laden air being scrubbed in the secondary packed tower scrubber is pre cleaned of any blockable solids. The system can operate on single reticulation pump system from the sump to the long throat and packed tower, or on separate pumps to a separately divided sump for the removal of scrubbed dust separately from the fumes and liquor. Cu.M/sec to 20 cu.M/sec and can be batched for greater volumes. Self closing explosion hatches are available for explosive fumes. The sump is designed for the removal of the floating mass from the dust scrubbing section, and for the removal of slurry from the bottom sump section, and for ease of blow down.

Systems are available from 0,5cu.M/sec.
A&AT’s K-Series, in strategic partnership with Prestige Thermal Equipment’s pyrolizing equipment, burns biomass and municipal waste into multi megawatt power plants. Gasses need to be absolutely clean and dry for efficiency operation. K-Series takes care of this entire problem.
