Standard JetPak Scrubber
Incorporates primary long throat scrubbing technology. Air enters the long throat horizontally with the scrubbed liquor being introduced vertically, prior to the vena contracta scrubbing area. for ultra fine dust scrubbing.
225,000cu.M/hr. Double Entry Jetpak
150,000cu.M/hr. Multiple Entry JetPak
This allows for minimal wet / dry interface, where build up normally occurs. Scrubbing takes place in the vena contracta and enters the main scrubber body tangentially for the removal of water droplets from the upper moving airflow. Separate or combined sumps available. Ideal for ultra Fine dust scrubbing.
Large systems incorporate multiple Inlet heads for maximum efficiency.

Usually used for high efficiency collection of fumes such as Chrome. The horizontal scrubber is ideal where restricted heights are applicable. Air moves horizontally through a series of finely sprayed collection panles for the absorption of the fumes. The scrubbing liquor is drained from the bottom of the system into a separate standing enclosed liquor sump for reticulation back within the system. Instrumentation allows for the bleed out and bleed in of liquor per the pH etc. Normally manufactured of thermoplastic materials, the system can be made of stainless steel or other exotic materials.
Standard range fume scrubber ideal for a variaty of acids, Co, Nox and Sox applications. Fumed air enters at low level, moving upwards to a dense bank of pawl rings which is washed down from high level by a series of misting spray nozzles. Demister pads at the outlet of the scrubber assure the removal of all water particulate.
The liquor is reticulated from the low level water reservoir to the spray nozzles. Full instrumentation available for the control of the system. Can be manufactured of all exotic steels or thermoplastic materials.
