THE ULTIMATE DUST FILTER
Used in ultra heavy industrial applications, the C-Series UltraPulse incorporates vertically mounted tubular bags with SupaSnap snap bands. Bags are built with double re-inforced end caps to guard against abrasion. C-Series UltraPulse incorporates Vortex breakers to minimize bag flutter. The round section casings withstand far higher internal pressures than standard bag houses. All wearing surfaces are heavy duty polymer coated and replaceable where required. All systems supplied with access service areas and cat walk ladders. Single systems up to 35cu.M/sec. can be batched for any volume application. "Look in" windows that double as basic explosion hatches* built into all systems, making the C-Series UltraPulse the ultimate dust collector.

Much lighter dust loads on the filters because of the primary cyclonic action of the inlet hopper arrangement.
Minimal bag wear occurs because of the light dust loads.
Blinding of the bags is kept to a minimum due to these light loads.
Bag pulsing is reduced because of the greater length of time that it takes for the dust to build on the bags.
Minimum wear on bags and pulse valves results.
Replacement and running costs are greatly reduced.
A smaller footprint is obtained due to less valuable space being used.
The C-Series can handle much higher pressures than a conventional rectangular shaped bag house because of its cylindrical design.
A single dust outlet does away with the need for collection at a cyclone discharge and a bag house discharge.
